A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Improvement, Performance and Quality service in Hull as a Performance Analyst.
You will advise the Head of Service for Performance and Quality and principal managers in planning the provision of specialist complex technical information, statutory returns, and high-level analysis to meet the needs of Children, Young People and Family Services (Safeguarding and Early Support and Lifelong Learning) and relevant partners.
In the role you will lead on the provision of management information required for national and local monitoring, reporting and lead on the development and implementation of new performance management, data matching and reporting systems. You will produce, match, analyse and interpret performance and monitoring information from across the directorate and partners, providing accurate and timely reports which will support improvement and inspection activity across SEND, Local Education, Safeguarding and Early Help systems and National frameworks.
You will oversee our systems and process which support the extraction, analysis and reporting of data and ensure that they are fit for purpose and support the improvement ambitions of the Directorate and partners.
The role is integral to our Children’s services improvement journey and a commitment to improving the lives and outcomes of children and families in Hull is fundamental to the post.
The role can be undertaken with hybrid home / on-site working. The office base is at Lowgate, our newly refurbished building in the centre of Hull.
