Midlands - £41,813 - £44,014

London - £46,459 - £48,904

Performance Framework Manager:

This senior leadership role within the Strategy, Performance, and Planning team is responsible for developing and managing the Performance Framework at MTVH. This includes ensuring that strategic measures are set, measured, and reported accurately, in agreement with the Executive Team and Board, to drive business performance to meet the organisation's strategic priorities. The Performance Framework Manager will be responsible for reviewing the KPIs and the reported data, and working with senior leads across the organisation to ensure the business reports at all levels reflect the performance level and provide appropriate commentary. Monthly and quarterly reports will be written to summarise performance and associated activity across MTVH.

This role will coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data is accurate and appropriate for measuring the intended business outcomes. A key function will be to ensure that there is a golden thread from our strategic measures through all management reporting so that colleagues can understand the impact of their performance on achieving the organisation’s goals.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker who can provide a bridge between operational service and strategic delivery
• Good influencing skills, including with senior leaders
