Performance & Intelligence Officer

We are looking to recruit a proactive Performance & Intelligence Officer who will be responsible for the collection, processing, interrogation and analysis of data for Foster with North East.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Together for Children’s Performance Team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The team specialises in the production and reporting of data and information to drive improvement for children and families in Sunderland.
To qualify you will have experience of working within a performance role, with an understanding of delivering performance frameworks. You will have experience of using a range of reporting tools to produce datasets and analyses. You will also be able to analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and trends to inform decision making. You will work with a variety of services and partners, assisting them to interpret and evaluate data to develop business analyses, projections and trends to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
