The role
As a Performance Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be instrumental in delivering business reporting, insights and governance to focus business activity using current and innovative solutions. The position will provide knowledge and direction to ensure we understand the successes and opportunities that deliver great outcomes for the customer and the business.

Day-to-day, you'll responsible for the central management of business or performance reporting, business governance, managing change requests and providing innovative and effective solutions for the team and the business.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships across all functional areas of Babcock and the customer Support the Master Data and Performance Coordinator
  • Advocating safety standards and ensure these requirements are being always followed
  • Utilise and enhance the business reporting tools and other IS systems to exploit the tools to their full potential and explore future developments (e.g. Artificial Intelligence) to further enhance the business capability
  • Extraction of system reports and data, including converting data into exceptional, easily useable information/knowledge to assist in early identification of issues and delays that may impact business performance

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Performance Manager:

  • The ability to embrace change quickly and enthuse others to do the same Ability to relate to both client and company needs at all levels with respect to operational delivery requirements
  • Able to anticipate business performance risks, issues or requirements and show initiative in reporting solutions to achieve project timescales and continued or enhanced service delivery


Qualifications for the Performance Manager:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
