Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Clacton on Sea, Essex
Salary: £24k - 28k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
The Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of complex products, serving industrial, construction, rail, and architectural sectors.
The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering B2B leads, executing and managing Google Ad and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure top organic search ranking positions.
* Optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
* Lead and supervise email marketing, encompassing automation strategy and campaign management.
* Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
* Conduct conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests.
* Assist in identifying and interpreting critical market data, consumer trends, and competitive intel.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
* Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred).
* Skilled in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media advertising.
* Background in working with and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
* Exceptional copywriting skills in various formats and tones.
* Possess Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word skills.
Shifts:
* Monday - Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:15 - 15:45
