They had a strong 2023 for saying the sector was challenged, and remained resiliently profitable, and moving forwards. The business created over 100 new jobs last year, when others in the sector stalled or failed.
This is an opportunity to join an upwardly mobile business on the march, in a first in housed role, owning paid media across the board.
It will be one for the CV as you start to demonstrate ROI, and organically grow the role over time, with expected reports.
Your duties will include:
- Developing paid media strategy that optimises ROI across different mediums.
- Execute on the strategy, measuring and analysing results.
- Work with the Marketing Director to look at revenue growth streams.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive convertible leads to the website.
Your background:
- Strong background managing Performance Marketing budgets.
- Some exposure, or an aptitude for strategy.
