About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing budgets/strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives across regions, specifically the UK, Ireland, and MENA. The candidate will play a crucial role in cost of sale management, tracking, and reporting on the company's daily trade activities and overseeing the marketing efforts for the LF Beauty box subscription service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different marketing channels for the specified regions and beauty box subscription service to achieve maximum ROI and cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign budget utilisation, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor and manage the cost of sale to ensure profitability targets are met for each region.
  • Campaign Management/Cost Of Sale Management:
  • Plan and oversee all aspects of Performance Marketing campaigns in the UK, Ireland, and MENA, including day to day trade and our beauty box subscription services.
  • Implement strategies to optimise the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns while maximizing sales revenue.
  • Data Analysis, Tracking and Reporting:
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns in real-time.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as COS, CPA, CPS, ROI and conversion rates and their impact on overall business performance.
  • Daily Trade Ownership:
  • Provide insightful commentary on the company's daily trade activities, analysing market trends, competitor actions, and external factors impacting performance.
  • Beauty Box Subscription Service:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the beauty box subscription service, targeting specific demographics and tailoring campaigns/budgets to regional preferences.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Performance Marketing into overall plans for the specified regions.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Managers to ensure consistent and integrated marketing efforts across regions.
  • Work closely with ecommerce, buying, commercial, finance and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Qualifications & Skillset

  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimisation (minimum 3 years)
  • Line management experience (desired)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Google analytics, and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics specific to these regions.
  • Target driven with a strong commercial understanding and ability to report and make decisions based on marketing KPIS.
