The main purpose of the Performance Reporting Analyst role is to be responsible for the processing, configuration, analysis and maintenance of Performance Reporting data and systems for the collection, monitoring and reporting of Digital Services performance metrics data and information as directed by the Performance Reporting Manager.
Deliver, visualisations and access to performance reports from a business operation and service operation perspective that supports the delivery of actionable insights to help understand and to accelerate Digital Service performance whilst driving data driven decisions and improvements for the Force.
