Peripatetic Home Admissions Advisor

Barchester’s Central Division are recruiting a Peripatetic Home Admissions Advisor to join the team. We are looking for a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background who will support two of our stunning homes to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside exceptional management teams across Northampton to ensure the success of first-class care homes. The position will require travel across two sites on a weekly basis, and the ability to build relationships both in the care homes and in local communities.

Required experience and qualifications:
• Track record in sales and marketing in a care home setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present to individuals and groups
• Experience building relationships within a local community
• Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the South of England on a weekly basis
Role and responsibilities:
• Represent multiple Barchester homes in a friendly and professional manner
• Responsible for all sales activity across homes
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the homes
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
• Maintain a contacts database
