Description
- Welcoming and directing visitors by maintaining a warm and professional demeanour
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Maintaining security by controlling access via the reception desk
- Performing administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean reception area and conference rooms
- Supporting the secretarial and business support team as required
Profile
A successful Perm Receptionist should have:
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A high level of discretion for handling confidential information
- A keen attention to detail
- Experience in a receptionist or front office role
