Job Description
The Night Reception Team Leader welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.
They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night and supervise and support the Night Reception team.
Additional Information
Hours : Full Time 40 hours per week, 5 Nights Per Week Hours - 22.30pm -07.00am
Salary: To be confirmed
Flexibility: Monday - Sunday Night shifts
Job start Date: To be confirmed
Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
