About the Housing / Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
Sellick Partnership is currently working with an ambitious Local Authority in the East Midlands that are seeking a Housing / Civil Litigation Lawyer on a permanent basis. The role is predominantly home working with court attendance when required.
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals that are wanting to join an expereicned, knowledgable and tight knit team.
The successful candidate with have initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job and ideally have previous dealings with Local Authorities.
The successful Housing / Civil Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

General civil litigation consisting of;

Predminantly housing law
*
Commercial landlord and tenant matters such as rent recovery, applications for possession, applications for new tenants
*
General dispute resolutions such as contract disputes, boundary disputes and general legal advice.
