Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with premier talent within the White Collar building sector. Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships. Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure candidate suitability. Propel business development initiatives to broaden the client base. Negotiate placement agreements and contracts adeptly. Provide unwavering support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within White Collar building recruitment. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Track record of business development and sales within recruitment, preferably with documented records. Discussion of business development and sales achievements will be a key aspect of screening interviews, significantly enhancing candidacy. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
