SalaryReed Accountancy are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultantto join our high performing team, specialising in the permanent Accountancy & Finance market.
You will be joining a very well-established and highly respected team covering the Sussex area, within one of the highest performing offices in the whole of Reed. We are based in Crawley however offer a flexible, hybrid working approach.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your key duties will include:
- Development of business, building and maintaining excellent relationships
- Working to KPIs which includes outbound calls to develop relationships and pro-actively market candidates
- Regularly meeting clients in person and via Teams
- Registration of candidates, compliance checks and marketing to local businesses
- Negotiation of services and fees
- Market analysis, understanding of competitors and local businesses
