Permit/Office Manager - HYBRID£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Project Lead with overall responsibility for providing technical administration to the Operations team including arranging permissions and connections with network owners. Work closely with Project Managers and site supervisor to ensure that all technical issues and paperwork are resolved and completion for project start.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Liaise with Local Authorities to arrange opening noticesOrganise traffic managementEffective ongoing communication with Project ManagersBuild site packs for utility works and handover to Project ManagersManages the Team calendar / developer call offs/ material call offsSubmit whereabouts/ SDN/ FM144/ Energisation RequestsOffice Management and support to the Managing DirectorDevelop, monitor and report on the Company key performance indicatorsManagement and recoding of annual leaveRecord and monitor sickness absenceOrganising and co-ordinating training and recording CPDCompete Pre-qualification QuestionnairesManage and purchase PPEAssist with vehicle managementAssist with MPAN/ MPRN registerBuild and maintain great working relationships at all times with both internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge / Skills / Experience:
Application for opening notices within agreed timescalesDiary planning and management of site teams to reduce downtime and costSuccessful accurate handover of site packs to PM's within agreed timescalesExperience of working in the multi utility sector (desired)Experience of providing technical admin support (desired)OrganisedEffective communication skillsIn return our client will offer:
