A look into the role
As a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors in our Advisory team you will:
- Manage complex diaries
- Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas
- Monitor partner/director in-box and reply to emails on their behalf
- Process timesheets and expenses
- Managing the organization and execution of various events, such as meetings, seminars, conferences, dinners, networking events, and corporate hospitality, whether they are online, hybrid, in-house, or external

Joining us as a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven successful experience for working as a Personal Assistant helping those at a senior level. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
