Role: Personal Assistant
Location: Fareham, PO16
Contract: Perm / full time office
Salary: £30k- £40k
THE ROLE:
- Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant duties including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, processing expenses and acting as a gatekeeper.
- Assisting with the daily running of the office. Managing office.
- Liaising with clients.
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc project management & tasks.
- Excellent PA/Secretarial skills with exceptional organisational ability.
- An excellent level of IT ability including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Some basic accounting/bookkeeping and knowledge of Reapit would be useful.
- Being attentive to details with the ability to take the initiative and make considered and responsible decisions as required.#
- Ability to multitask projects and is flexible in managing day to day tasks and be calm under pressure.
- Provide accurate and timely support to management and departments within the organization
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
THE PERSON:
- Confident, resilient and proactive with the ability to manage your own work load and get things done!
- Ability to be a true right-hand person and maintain confidentiality.
- 2 + years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
