SalaryBerry Recruitment are looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a local authority based in central Southampton on a 3 month contract (possible extension).
Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 with a hourly pay rate of 13.79.
Hybrid working is available which will be discussed with manager at interview.
Main Duties:
- Provide PA support to senior management
- Inbox and diary management
- Taking correct notes at management meetings
- Respond to queries by telephone, email or in person
- Collation and preparation of presentation materials
Candidate Requirements:
- PA experience is desirable
- Administration experience is essential
- IT skills - experience using Microsoft Office
- Working within a team
- Attention to detail
