We are looking for a highly polished and proactive administrator to join our client's successful organisation as a Personal Assistant. You will be supporting the Directors with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: Circa £30,000
Location: Fleet
Responsibilities:
* Calendar and diary management for Directors and clients
* Organising travel, expenses, lunches, and other requirements as requested
* Arranging meetings across multiple time zones
* Independently completing administration tasks, taking ownership of projects
* Using Microsoft Office packages to organise and collate workload
Skills and experience:
* Strong administration and organisation skills
* Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordingly
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
