Contract Type - Temporary
Location - Birmingham City Centre
Hours - Full Time
Duration - Until April 2024
Hybrid - Yes
Pay - £16ph
Main Duties of the Personal Assistant:
- Providing diary and meeting support to the management team
- Inbox management for the team
- Issuing certificates after events
- Ad hoc minute taking
- Organising invoices, payments and receipts
Experience Required of the Personal Assistant:
- Ideally from a Healthcare/Regulatory/Membership background
- Experience supporting a Team/Director/Head with PA duties
- Inbox and diary management experience
- Great written and spoken English
- Great communicator
