As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and resilient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directors.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and proactive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to tackle any challenge head-on. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our Directors. This is a varied and demanding role, requiring someone who is not easily daunted and can handle a wide range of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Directors' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the Directors, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and review contracts, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Directors, screening and prioritising incoming requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the Directors.
  • Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and assertive demeanour.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience dealing with difficult or challenging situations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
