Your new companyYou will be working for part of the NHS based in Neath Port Talbot. This team is based just outside of NPT Hospital and are accessible via some public transport links and also offer on-site parking.Your new roleYou will be working as a Personal Assistant, supporting the Assistant Director. You will be required to manage inbox and diary, prepare board packs and monthly reports as well as transcribe recorded meetings into minutes. This role is office based and requires full-time hours (37.5) per week and will be for a duration of approx. 4 months.What you'll need to succeedPrevious PA experience is required for this role, you must have diary and inbox management experience as well as being comfortable taking minutes. You will be required to work full time in the office (Monday to Friday). What you'll get in returnYou'll join a great team for a period of 4 months and there will be an opportunity to apply directly for a permanent post should you wish to. You will earn a rate of £13.26 per hour and have access to free staff parking.
