WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for an experienced PERSONAL ASSISTANT who has some experience in professional services, legal industry or similar corporate business.
You will also have
- Strong secretarial skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload effectively
- Enthusiasm, confidence and a positive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
In this role you will support several fee earners with a variety of tasks. Your support will enable them to provide seamless services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting activities for our fee earners with the work that they deliver to our clients, by providing effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in matters relating to the care of our clients
- Efficiently manage diaries
- Take and respond to internal and external telephone queries, emails and post
- Organise meetings and liaise with internal and external attendees
- Assist with the finance process
- Make necessary travel arrangements
- Support events management, marketing activities and pitch presentations
- General administration and filing etc.
