Personal Assistant

I am working with a fabulous top end and exclusive company and they are seeking a fantastic, switched on and driven Personal Assistant. The offices are based in Oxfordshire and the role would require someone to be in the office 5 days a week. This is an extremely versatile role in which you can make your own. The individual you will be working with are creative, fast paced and energetic. The culture of the company is super important and they would looking for a like-minded individual to join them.
The role:

To support 1 high level individual in Marketing. You will be helping the team and ensuring the smooth running of the department alongside excellent support to the Principal. 

• Diary and inbox management
• Organising travel
• Work closely with other PA’s
• Meeting management

Who you are:
An experienced and passionate PA, who is seeking an amazing opportunity to join a fast paced and hard-working team in an exclusive sector.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a PA/EA
• Pro-active and a team player
• Very good with computers
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Solution led and based
