My client is one of the UK electrical and mechanical companies in the UK and they are currently recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to support their CEO.
Main Duties will include.
- Organise travel arrangements, Itineraries, events, management meetings, collation of agenda's reports and presentations.
- Arrange all internal and external meetings/VCs across different time zones.
- Schedule and confirm all business meetings.
- Organise events, restaurant bookings, Personal travel.
- Take on a variety of personal projects.
Person specification:
- Experience within an PA role at Senior Level with solid mix of personal and business experience.
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organisational skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- This role requires someone who is tactful, super-efficient and flexible with a Can do attitude.
- Detail Oriented, strong business sense and meticulous.
- Excellent computer skills - MS word/outlook/excel/PowerPoint
