Personal Assistant Pa

Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting this hugely successful and well-established business to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant (PA). 
This role is office-based in Warwickshire, close to Leek Wootton.   
The role:
The role supports the MD and Senior Operations Manager by carrying out the following duties: 

• Managing diaries 
• Managing schedules, booking meetings  and organising travel arrangements
• Preparing reports, presentations and graphical information 
• Managing two in-boxes and dealing with e-mails, directing some to the MD & Operations Manager and handling some personally 
• Attending meetings and taking notes 
• Greeting visitors 
• Providing general administrative support.
• Preparing correspondence, letters, invoices, statements and other documents.
• Answering and directing telephone calls.

What are we looking for? 

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) 
• Strong administration skills 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
