Personal Assistant / Property Manager
Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join a successful construction business.

The Position:
- Working for a busy construction business, this position will provide key support to the Director and operational team.
- The position will also entail assisting the office across support and general office administrational duties
- Part of my clients business is across property management and the position will also entail assisting in managing the property portfolio
- This will involve helping in managing both commercial and residential properties within the portfolio
Requirements:
- We are seeking a professional and motivated individual
- You will have strong PA experience
- Excellent organisational skills and experience
- Strong administration experience
- Any experience across property management or working within property or construction would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Office
Salary:
- 28,000 - 33,000
- 9 - 5 Hours
- Yearly Bonuses
