Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join a successful construction business.

The Position:

• Working for a busy construction business, this position will provide key support to the Director and operational team.
• The position will also entail assisting the office across support and general office administrational duties
• Part of my clients business is across property management and the position will also entail assisting in managing the property portfolio
• This will involve helping in managing both commercial and residential properties within the portfolio

Requirements:

• We are seeking a professional and motivated individual
• You will have strong PA experience
• Excellent organisational skills and experience
• Strong administration experience
• Any experience across property management or working within property or construction would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Office

Salary:

• 28,000 - 33,000
• 9 - 5 Hours
• Yearly Bonuses
