Reporting into our Executive Team Lead, this is a varied role working for a fast-paced, fast-growing business. Culture and values are critical to us, with a simple ethos at our core to treat others as we would want to be treated ourselves.

About the role

In this role, you'll ensure that the Executive Director is provided with first class administrative support to drive and enable ambitions of the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

· Diary management – organising and maintaining complex and frequently changing diaries and maximising time utilisation

· Organising meetings and appointments

· Co-ordinating UK and international travel, accommodation and on and off-site meetings

· Acting as a gateway to ensure the Exec’s time is used effectively to keep on track with daily schedules

· Pro-active management of inbox - monitoring emails where appropriate and highlighting any matters that require immediate attention

· Share information in a timely manner with the Exec

· Management of monthly expenses and credit card submissions

· Monthly reporting of invoices

· Arranging team bonding events

· Liaising with different departments to present data to the Exec

· Travel to different sites on different days.

· Assist with the facilitation of internal meetings

· Providing cover when the Executive Team Lead is on leave or away from the office

About you

This is a key role for the business, so we particularly welcome your application if you are/have the following:

· Previous PA experience (covering all of the key areas of responsibility of the role)

· Excellent computer skills using Outlook and Microsoft packages

· First class people skills – these are essential as this role will work with a wide range of people

· Persistence and diplomacy

· Must be able to travel/drive to different locations around Greater Manchester on different days.

· Ideally based in South Manchester

· Initiative to think and plan ahead

· Flexibility

Hours

You need to be available at least 4 days a week, or 5 days if preferred. Monday and Friday 9 am to 5pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm.
