Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a role that allows for autonomy, demonstrating a natural self-starter mentality in tackling challenges and achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and take meeting minutes as required. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Main report will be Managing Director but the need to assist the Senior Leadership Team and support CEO with any projects will be as and when required.
- Maintain an organised electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage the Managing Director's email inbox, drafting responses when appropriate and ensuring timely follow-up on important messages.
- Support the Managing Director on special projects and initiatives, conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the offices, including answering phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, including fundraisers, team meetings and training sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external parties.
- Support the Managing Director on special projects and initiatives, conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide support to the marketing function, assisting with the creation of marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to tasks, anticipating needs and taking initiative to address them efficiently.

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
