The School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join and support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with an extremely busy and varied schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional secretarial and administrative support assisting in all matters relating to the financial and operational management of the School. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all matters requiring the COO’s attention are dealt with timeously. You will also be responsible for minute taking at Board and Committee meetings and providing secretarial support to the Board to support the COO in their role as Clerk to the Board.This post would suit an individual of the highest calibre capable of establishing excellent working relationships with all members of the team and wider school community.
