Salary: £38,500
Term-time - 8:30am-4:30pm
We are seeking a proactive individual to join an exceptional school, who will be dedicated to supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in the seamless operation of the school. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from managing schedules and facilitating communication to coordinating events and handling administrative duties, placing you at the core of the school’s daily operations.
Personal Assistant to the Headteacher Key Duties:

• Maintaining the Headteacher's schedule.
• Organising meetings.
• Ensuring effective communication channels are established within the school community.
• Providing confidential administrative support to the SLT team.

Personal Assistant to the Headteacher Requirements:

• Must have EA/PA experience and/or experience working within a school support team.
• Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is a must.
• Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
