We are seeking a Personal Assistant or someone who is looking for an exciting and varied role for our client in Ferndown.
- 30,000 DOE
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme
- Full Time - This is a full-time hybrid position with ad hoc travel required.
- Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
- Location - Ferndown

Do you have strong organisational skills & great attention to detail?
Are you a great communicator, face to face and over the phone?
If successful you will be reporting into the Manager Director, working closely with them on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage diary and daily reporting to the Managing Director (MD)
- Coordinate meetings, including team 1-2-1s, client, and supplier meetings
- Monitor MD's mailboxes and draft responses as needed
- Serve as a proficient gatekeeper via telephone and email
- Coordinate UK and overseas travel arrangements, including accommodation and activities
- Manage social media channels and content, including personal branding on platforms like LinkedIn
- Prepare and present team figures and daily statistics to the MD
- Organise company events, dinners, and team holidays
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates
- Oversee staff onboarding and training plans
- Handle filing of company expenses for the MD and team members
