We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant or a Paralegal for our busy Bournemouth office. This role would be a full time position working within the Family Law team, providing support to partners and fee earners in the team.
The key responsibilities will include filing, scanning, typing/drafting correspondence, answering telephone calls, file openings and client relations and the full range of legal secretarial and support services, to support the smooth running of the team. The role will also require assisting with monthly billing, sending bills to clients and dealing with any enquires along with completing various court documents and liaising with chambers and the courts. Training will be provided so you are able to perform the role.
You will need to be flexible in your approach, display a high level of attention to detail, be able to prioritise your own workload and able to work as part of a team to help achieve departmental targets. You will also possess strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner.
