This dynamic position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including producing reports, collecting data, overseeing budgets, and assisting with communications to parents and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional secretarial skills, with previous experience in a school environment being a valuable asset. Attention to detail, proactive problem–solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist directors with day–to–day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Report Generation: Prepare accurate and concise reports on various school–related matters.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse data to inform decision–making processes.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in monitoring and managing the school's financial resources.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the school, parents, and external partners.
- Minute Taking: Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes.
- Time Management: Prioritise tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
- Flexibility: Be open to occasional evening and weekend work (with time off in lieu provided).
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Secretarial Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- School Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
