Role Description We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Trainer who can relocate to Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate individuals to achieve their fitness objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand members' goals, health status, and fitness levels. Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual needs and goals, incorporating a variety of exercises and training techniques. Provide hands-on instruction and supervision during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique, while motivating and encouraging members to reach their full potential. Monitor members' progress, track results, and make necessary adjustments to training programs to maximize effectiveness and ensure continued progress. Educate members on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery to support their fitness journey. Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and sanitized. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continuously enhance the quality of service provided to members. Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff members to create a supportive and inclusive fitness community. Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACSM, NASM, ACE, REPS). Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or fitness instruction. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate members' schedules. Willingness to relocate to Mumbai, India, and obtain necessary work permits/visas if not already residing in India. Additional certifications or specializations in areas such as nutrition, group fitness, or specialized training (e.g., yoga, Pilates, strength training) are a plus.
