Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Turners Hill. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating personalized training programs, providing fitness instruction, leading group fitness classes including circuit training, and conducting sports coaching sessions.
Qualifications
Nutrition and Personal Training skills
Experience in Fitness Instruction and Circuit Training
Sports Coaching skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with and motivate clients of all ages and fitness levels
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
Certification from a recognized personal training organization
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field is desired
Additional certifications in specialized areas such as sports medicine, nutrition, and strength training are also beneficial for this role.
