At Keane Premier Support Services, we are looking for committed and enthusiast individuals to join our caring and dedicated social support team in the South Lanarkshire area. The shift pattern will require 12 hour shifts, Day Shift and Night Shift.
No two days are the same when working with Keane Premier Support Services. Our social support team staff have an important role in making a positive difference to everyday lives.
We create a bespoke team around the people we support, and we work together to bring out the best in everyone!
- Offering 1:1 support, helping clients with a range of complex needs
- Supporting to attend college and clubs
- Assisting clients to day to day activities of their choice
- Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans
- Providing support in all aspects of personal care
- Carry out housekeeping duties and day to day tasks
- Assist clients with managing finances
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users
- Encourage the relationships that our clients have with family, friends, and wider community
- Maintain and promote our clients independence
- Be mindful of adult protection issues and report accordingly
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave according to Keane’s values
Desirable requirements:
- UK Driving Licence
