Due to continued growth, the client is seeking paralegal candidates to join the fast-track litigation team. Your new roleThis role will see you join the fast-track litigation team and independently manage your own caseload of disputed fast-track quantum files. The role will see you efficiently using negotiation skills to achieve appropriate settlements. What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have a strong academic background and have gained a minimum of 6 to 12 months of litigated experience and have managed their own caseload. It is essential that you have a strong knowledge and understanding of the highway code and road traffic act principles. This role is ideal for those with small claims experience looking for the next step in their career. What you'll get in returnSalary is dependent on experience, with a generous bonus structure.
