What will you do? 

• Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA Personal Injury claims
• Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary 
• Liaise with experts, counsel and clients 
• Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc 
• Instruct and brief counsel 

What will you need? 

• 2+ years of experience handling a mixed Fast-Track Personal Injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters 
• Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential  
• 2 years claimant EL/PL experience 
• Litigation and CPR knowledge handling litigated matters (At least 25% of your experience should be on litigated matters) 
• Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
