Personal Injury Lawyer

A top 100 law firm based in Southampton are seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer to join their tier 1 ranked Personal Injury team, hybrid working available.

As part of their Serious Injury Team, you will work closely with clients to secure multi-million pound settlements and provide holistic support, including emotional guidance and financial, caring, medical, and practical assistance. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases, including adult and child brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, and fatal incidents.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a strong track record in Serious Injury law, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. As part of a small team led by a partner, you will have access to top-quality work and valuable learning opportunities. You will also play a key role in marketing and business development for the department and firm, as well as assisting with the coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
