Personal Injury Litigation Executive/ Fee Earner - Liverpool - Up to £45,000 salary
The Role
Due to continued success and growth within the department, a Top 100 Law Firm is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Litigation Executive. With direct contact to department heads, partners & the CEO, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into more senior positions.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a varied caseload of both pre litigated and litigated files. Full training will be provided for applicants with pre litigation experience looking to move onto a more complex caseload of fully litigated files. As a multi service Law Firm, there is also an opportunity to re-train outside of Personal Injury.
You will be managing your own caseload from inception to completion. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong individual with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The Candidate
- Experience managing a Personal Injury caseload from start to finish
- Candidates with both pre litigation and litigation experience will be considered
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
