Personal Injury Negotiator

 Are you experienced within Personal Injury Claims? Medical claims? Seeking a new role? Look no further! Looking for remote working?

We seek an experienced Personal Injury claims handler to join a busy team specialising in motorcycle injury claims.

You will handle claims from cradle to grave and be responsible for a caseload of approximately 125 claims. Experience of working with the MOJ RTA Low Value Claims portal is an advantage as is litigation experience.

Duties to include :-

• Managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Assess liability to ensure claims have sufficient prospects of success.
• Accurate assessment of quantum with reference to caselaw.
• Adherence to best practice and key strategies.
• Validations of claims for exaggeration/dishonesty.

• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiations skills.
• Experience of dealing with RTA Fast Track Personal Injury claims.
• The ability to draft own pleadings.
• Good knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
• Good keyboard skills.
• Be a good team player.
