Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing queries to assist case handlers effectively.
Document Preparation: Draft a variety of legal documents under the guidance of case handlers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Supporting Case Handlers: Assist case handlers in the preparation and organization of information and documentation to facilitate case progression.
Document Review and Redaction: Review, prepare, and redact documentation as needed, maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance.
Task Accuracy: Perform tasks accurately as instructed, showcasing attention to detail and the ability to use initiative when required.
Case Progression: Prepare materials to contribute to the ongoing progression of cases within the RTA department.
Document Management: Manage, organize, and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the RTA department.
Requirements:
Educational background in law or equivalent relevant experience in Personal Injury Law
Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills.
Inherent passion for Personal Injury cases and dedication to client advocacy.
Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
