Personal Injury - Pre Litigation / Paralegal

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of Personal injury litigation, from case inception to settlement or trial
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information
- Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Assist with settlement negotiations and drafting settlement agreements

Requirements:
• Have a minimum of 12 months RTA Personal Injury Pre litigation experience

• Be competent to handle a caseload of RTA Personal Pre Litigation matters.

• Experience and knowledge of the OIC/MOJ Portal.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan prioritise your caseload and manage time effectively.

• Experience of using a case management system.

• Have excellent telephone and communication skills.

• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
