Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Solicitor located in Belfast. The role of the Personal Injury Solicitor is to undertake and manage Personal Injury cases, providing legal advice and representation to clients. The solicitor will be responsible for conducting legal research and preparing cases, negotiating settlements, and liaising with clients, witnesses, and experts to obtain instructions and evidence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Personal Injury Law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in representing clients in court, mediation, or arbitration would be beneficial.
