You will have a minimum of 1 years' post qualifying experience of representing clients - pursuing claims in relation to hearing loss . You shall be able to prepare cases through to litigation and shall be familiar with court procedures in Sheriff Courts , All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and Court of Session.
You will have exceptional client facing skills, be commercially aware and be able to work independently.
