Job Description
- Provide legal advice and services to clients on Personal Injury matters.
- Conduct thorough case analyses and investigations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents in English and Spanish.
- Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the professional services industry.
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
- A law degree and a practising certificate as a Solicitor in the UK.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in handling Personal Injury cases.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A client-oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills.
