Your workload will primarily encompass cases related to road traffic accidents and employer’s liability, covering a spectrum of fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track cases, with some potentially involving litigation. There may also be an opportunity to progress into catastrophic injury cases.
Applicants must demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English, along with prior experience managing a Personal Injury caseload. Strong communication skills, adeptness in IT, and proficiency in document and case management software are essential.
