Form of workMy client is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join this prestigious legal firm in Glasgow. Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload of Personal Injury matters, including public liability and occupier liability claims
- Conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and assessing the merits of each case
- Advising clients on their rights, potential claims, and the legal process involved
- Negotiating settlements and conducting settlement discussions on behalf of clients
- Preparing and filing legal documents, including court pleadings and motions
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in Personal Injury law and relevant legislation
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Personal Injury law
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling a variety of Personal Injury cases
- Excellent understanding of the legal process and regulations surrounding Personal Injury claims
- Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload effectively
- Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information
- Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
