Personal Lines Advisor

Honeycomb is delighted to assist our client in the search for a Personal Lines Advisor, for their Belfast City Centre office.

Your Package:

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively managing high net worth client and insurer relationships
• Negotiating, placing, and reporting to clients at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages
• Ensuring adequacy and appropriateness of cover
• Managing personal workloads efficiently and meeting deadlines consistently
• Maintaining accurate client records and files, ensuring timely input into the system
• Providing clients with high-quality policy documentation in compliance with FCA regulations
• Building robust working relationships with internal departments and colleagues
• Addressing client queries promptly and professionally, including changes in cover and risk
• Upholding Company procedures, exceptional client service standards, and compliance regulations
• Contributing to team and business objectives through sales generation, gap identification, up-selling, and cross-selling

You:

• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines experience
• Client-focused approach with a knack for developing robust relationships
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Comprehensive understanding of various personal classes of business and associated insurance products
• Meticulous attention to detail with a talent for crafting high-quality documentation
• Proficiency in IT
• High motivation, resilience, and a proactive attitude
